Laurelville It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Kathy (Weaver) Dowler, a beloved mother, dedicated preschool teacher and a cherished member of her family and community. She passed away peacefully on March 10th, 2025, Kathy was 65.Kathy was born in Circleville, Ohio on April 8th, 1959, she was the daughter of Robert and Pattie Weaver. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Butch Dowler, they celebrated 44 loving years together. Kathy will also be lovingly remembered by her daughter Hannah (Dowler) McComas and her son-in-law Peyton McComas. Kathy was also a loving sister to Robert Weaver (Heather Fisher). And a wonderful sister-in-law to Teresa (Tim) Jones, Karen (Roger) Jones, Jim (Myra) Dowler, and had many loving cousins, nieces and nephews and extended family members.
