Jimmie Lee Vanover, 85, of Laurelville passed away surrounded by his loving family on March 8, 2025. He was born on October 23, 1939 the son of the late James and Imogene (Yaple) Vanover on October 21, 1961 he was united in marriage to his loving wife of 63 years Eileen (Elliott) Vanover who survives. Jimmie is survived by his children Marilyn Collier, Jerry (Cheryl) Vanover, Rodney (Angel) Vanover all of Laurelville and Melissa (Gregory) Sahr of Lowden, Iowa; grandchildren Asa Brewer (Breonna), Kaylee Collier (Tommy). Skylar Sands, Jonathon (Brooklyn) Vanover, Jenny Vanover (Jordan), Brad McCown Jr. (Paige), Kiersten McCown, Christian (Lacie) Jordan, Gavin Sahr, Brice Sahr and Ethan Sahr; great grandchildren Brexton Jordan, Ryker and Atlas Brewer, Brayleigh, Brexleigh, Braxton, Brycen and 2 on the way.
